Items purchased during our online warehouse sale are sold at heavily discounted prices. In accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving your items. Outside of your statutory rights, all sales are final and no additional returns or exchanges will be accepted for change of mind. This policy is designed to provide clarity about the nature of merchandise sold during our online warehouse sale events.

Conditions of Sale

• All online warehouse sale items are sold as final, outside of your statutory rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013
• You have a 14-day return period beginning the day after you receive your item(s), in line with UK consumer law
• To exercise your right to return, you must notify us in writing within 14 days of receipt.
• Prices reflect the item's limited availability or status as a discontinued product
• Once stock of an item is exhausted, it will not be available for purchase again

• Contact our team before placing your order if you have any questions about an item
• If you wish to exercise your statutory right to refund or exchange, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order
• Any delivery issues must be reported to us within 15 days of receipt
