WHAT’S THE WARRANTY ON YOUR ACCESSORIES?

Our Accessories* are protected by a limited two-year warranty, which means that if you have any manufacturing faults within two years from the original date of purchase, we’ll fix or replace it for you. 

The 2 year warranty does not cover any defects caused by improper use, items that were bought second hand, products purchased from third-party discount retailers or without proof of purchase directly from July, cosmetic damages, or general wear and tear generated from using the products and have no impact on how the products are used or their functionality.

*Luggage Covers and Luggage Stickers are covered by a one-year manufacturing warranty. This does not cover any defects caused by improper use, accessories that were bought second hand, products purchased from third-party discount retailers or without proof of purchase directly from July, cosmetic damages, or general wear and tear generated from using the products and have no impact on how the products are used or their functionality. 

If there is an issue with your July product and you believe it may be covered under the specific product's Warranty Policy, please reach out to our team here to lodge a claim.



Please note: 

  • Proof of purchase must be provided (ie. #JULYUK order number), without this we will not be able to process your claim. Cosmetic damage and general wear and tear from product use are not covered under our policies;
  • If you no longer reside in your region of purchase, please be aware that July does not cover shipping costs. July is not liable any customs fees or charges imposed by the courier;
  • Resolution options may vary depending on your location, itinerary, availability, etc.
