WHAT IS THE WARRANTY FOR THE SNAPSLEEVE?

The Carry On Pro is designed to be stored in overhead compartments when travelling. If the suitcase must be checked in due to airline conditions, the Snapsleeve and Power Bank must be removed as they could be confiscated by airline staff.

Please note that the Snap sleeve itself is covered by the Ancillary Item warranty, for any manufacturing faults taht affect the functionality of the item itself, such has broken zips, breakages in the nylon body.

The warranty does not cover the Snapsleeve in the event of it being lost.


WHAT IS THE WARRANTY FOR THE POWER BANK?

The July Powerbank is covered by our Ancillary Item warranty, for any faults that reduce the functionality of the item itself. However, please note that the warranty does not cover cosmetic wear or loss of the product itself.

As it is designed to be easily ejectable, please ensure to always eject the powerbank in the event that the suitcase needs to be checked in. Airline staff may otherwise confiscate it.

IS THE POWER BANK CCC CERTIFIED?

While July has been certified to manufacture power banks with CCC certification, current units do not have the required marking for travelling within China.

As these units were produced prior to the ban, we do not recommend bringing the power bank with you if travelling to China. 

WILL FUTURE POWER BANKS HAVE THE REQUIRED MARKING?

Yes. We're working on new stock with the proper CCC marking, but we don't have a timeline yet for when it will be available.

If there is an issue with your July product and you believe it may be covered under the specific product's Warranty Policy, please reach out to our team here to lodge a claim.



Please note: 

  • Proof of purchase must be provided (ie. #JULYUK order number), without this we will not be able to process your claim. Cosmetic damage and general wear and tear from product use are not covered under our policies;
  • If you no longer reside in your region of purchase, please be aware that July does not cover shipping costs. July is not liable any customs fees or charges imposed by the courier;
  • Resolution options may vary depending on your location, itinerary, availability, etc.
