How do I return my order?Updated 4 months ago

If you decide that your July product isn’t for you, you can return or exchange it subject to the conditions of the 100 day returns policy. You can request a return postage label by selecting your region here. Please note that photo evidence will need to provided to show the item qualifies for the 100 Day Return.

Please note: If returning multiple items, please nest when possible. Otherwise if unable to nest, you'll need to place again through Loop.

Once your returns postage labels have been provided, you will receive an email with further instructions.
