Need to make changes?
You can now amend your order via the confirmation page.
Once your order is submitted, you will have 3 hours from order placement to adjust your order. You'll then be given the below options to make changes to purchase items, addresses, contact information, etc.
Simply navigate to the order confirmation page and select one of the below options.
Once you have selected any of the items that you'll be taken to the order editing page where you can complete these changes.
If changing to an item of higher value, you'll be able to complete payment of the price difference via the portal. If opting for an item of lower value, you'll be asked to confirm a reimbursement back to your original payment method.
Please note we cannot guarantee any orders changes requested after the 3 hour window will be accommodated.
Can I make changes to my personalisation?
Please use the Contact Us form under Order Changes within 3 hours. Personalisation cannot be changed or cancelled once this time has passed as this item is specifically designed for you!
